I’ve spent the last year thinking about ways to honor your life and your 50th birthday. Ways to share your life with our child. Finding a way to share your soul with her. Ways for her to know your kindness, your compassion and your love without you. I settled on this. A way for all those who loved you to write letters about you, record stories about you so that she can have them. I pray that these pieces of you bring us all healing as we share your story. I pray that we remember the good times, the struggles, the hopes and the dreams that you shared with us. I pray that one day Willow can feel your warmth with the press of the play button. I am so grateful for all of the people who have poured their time into this project and pray that they take the time to reflect on their own lives and the beauty that they bring into the world.
